These challenges stem from the significant increase in the number of withdrawal requests our platform is receiving, exceeding 100,000 transactions weekly. Due to this massive volume, we are facing difficulties in processing requests immediately and with the required speed.
until June 10, 2024, all withdrawal and payment transactions will be completed manually, potentially resulting in delays of up to 72 hours to 10 days in fund disbursement.
